As part of our book series, we have devised a series of self-help journals that explain mental health, and specific mental health conditions in a simple, helpful way.
The journals include hints and tips on how to handle the emotions associated with mental health, specifically the conditions in each book. As well as empty pages that can be used as diary pages and activity sections, there are also sections on wellbeing and self-esteem.
